New Year, New Tech, New Mates
I’ve always wanted to attend the Salesforce Melbourne Developer Group and tried to do so a few times before, but something always got in the way.
A late work meeting, a task that needed to get done last-minute or a family commitment — something always came up.
It finally happened for me yesterday, February 8th, at the 2018 kickoff and not only did I attend, but I actually got the chance to present on a fairly new and very interesting topic.
I talked about the #happysoup and all things DX!
Although the demo didn’t completely go as planned (thanks to the guest wifi), I still had a blast (and even a few laughs) discussing the Salesforce Platform and the drive to enhance the developer experience.
It was also great to reconnect with people who I haven’t seen for ages and meet new ones who are as passionate and motivated to keep learning more about the platform.
Thanks to the organizers and I’ll definitely be back for more! Looking forward to the next one already.
